How Do I.... Register With The Practice?
You can apply to join the practice if you live within our catchment area by completing an application form available from reception. You will be registered with the practice and not with a particular doctor, but you are free to see the doctor of your choice.
To enable us to provide the best possible care, you will be invited for a New Patient Check with our practice nurse when you register. |
