We are happy to accept and consider comments and suggestions from our patients. Please present your views in writing at reception or addressed to the practice manager.
The doctors and staff try to be as helpful as possible and expect to be treated in a courteous manner. If a receptionist asks for certain information she is not being nosy, just trying to help as much as she can.
Facilities For the Disabled
We attempt to ensure our premises are as accessible as possible for the disabled patients and a ramp is provided for access. If you have difficulty in accessing the premises please contact reception who will endeavour to offer every help necessary. There is a bell at the entry to the practice if you are having difficulty.
